Leonardo Da Vinci was born in 1452 in Vinci, Italy, during the early Renaissance. From a young age, he showed generational talent in drawing and observation. He trained as an artist in Florence but quickly grew his interests into anatomy, engineering, architecture, and science. Leonardo believed that having a broader understanding of the world amazingly made art stronger. With this advantage of knowledge, it explains why his work is known for its realism and detail. Even centuries after his death in 1519, Leonardo's ideas and artwork continue to shape how people think about creativity.

Though confusing at first sight, Leonardo Da Vinci's notebooks reveal his ideas in anatomy, engineering, and invention beyond traditional art.
